Donating your dog’s genetic material to the AKC PPB begins here. Please complete the Donor Application & Preservation Profile on this page. The application will be submitted to our review committee, after which you will receive an email of approval or denial. The completion of legal contracts and semen transfer forms will finalize the transfer.
